Easy Pecan Pie 

Ingredients: – 1 prepared pie crust (store-bought or homemade) – 1 cup pecan halve – 3 large egg – 1 cup dark corn syrup – 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar – 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Place the prepared pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, crimping the edges if necessary.

1. Arrange the pecan halves evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

1. Pour the mixture over the pecans in the pie crust, ensuring the pecans are evenly distributed. 2. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

1. Once done, remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious homemade pecan pie!
