St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes

Ingredients: – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 cup milk – Green food coloring

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake tin with liners.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.

Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes.

For frosting, beat butter until creamy, add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and green food coloring.

Frost cooled cupcakes and decorate as desired. Enjoy your St. Patrick's Day cupcakes!
